White Chocolate Oreo Ice Cream Slice

Cadbury White Chocolate Oreo Ice Cream Slice

This delicious white chocolate ice cream slice looks spectacular and is perfect for a mid week celebration!

What you need

200g CADBURY White Chocolate Melts
395g can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
3 x 150g packets Classic OREO
2½ cups cream

Strawberry or Raspberry Sauce, if desired, to serve

Make it

  1. COMBINE the white chocolate, condensed milk and vanilla in a small saucepan and gently heat until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Transfer mixture to a freezer proof bowl and chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  2. LINE a 28cm x 18cm pan with baking paper. Arrange approx.19 of the OREO evenly over the base of the pan. (Some need to be halved for edges.)
  3. BEAT the white chocolate mixture using an electric mixer until smooth. Add the cream and beat until soft peaks form. Spoon the mixture over the base then top with a layer of remaining OREO, cover and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
  4. To serve: Remove from the tin and allow to stand 10-15 minutes to soften a little before slicing.
