This is a lovely chocolate dessert for 2, or you can multiply the quantities and serve a crowd if you prefer!
What you need
Madeira cake, or similar, for serving
Strawberries, for serving, trimmed and halved to resemble hearts
100g CADBURY White Chocolate Melts
¼ cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon orange liqueur
4 white PASCALL marshmallows, chopped
- PREPARE the cake and berries for serving, arranging on skewers if desired.
- COMBINE the chocolate, milk, liqueur and marshmallows in a heatproof bowl. Stir over gently simmering water until smooth. Pour into a serving dish or glass and serve warm with the cake and berries for dipping.
TIP: You may like to use a heart shape cutter to cut the cake.
