Family favourite or last minute masterpiece! Great for any occasion and terrific as 4 individual serves it the mood strikes you!
What you need
500g frozen mixed berries, thawed
1 tablespoon corn flour
2 tablespoons caster sugar
1/3 cup self-raising flour
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup rolled oats
100g CADBURY Dark Baking Chocolate, chopped
Cream or custard, for serving
- PLACE the berries in a 1.2 litre baking dish and toss in corn flour. Sprinkle with sugar.
- RUB the butter into the flour until it forms coarse lumps. Stir in the sugar, oats and chocolate then scatter over the berries.
- BAKE in a moderately hot oven 200°C for 30-35 minutes or until crumble is golden. Serve immediately drizzled with cream or custard.
