Enjoy this sweet taste of the tropics, it is an easy to make drink. For kids, just leave out the rum!
What you need
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon honey
120g CADBURY White Baking Chocolate, broken into small pieces
¼ cup white rum
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
2 cups ice cubes
½ cup coconut cream
Pineapple wedges, for decoration
- COMBINE the water and honey in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add chocolate, rum and pineapple juice and stir until melted and smooth. Chill.
- COMBINE the ice cubes, coconut cream and chocolate syrup in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately, decorated with pineapple wedges.
