Flake Mint Cheesecake

What you need

1¼ cups OREO Original cookies,crumbed 
80g butter, melted
750g PHILADELPHIA Cream
Cheese, softened
¾ cup caster sugar


2 teaspoons gelatine dissolved in ¼ cup boiling water
225g CADBURY Milk Chocolate Melts, melted and cooled slightly
300ml thickened cream, whipped
3 x 30g FLAKE or FLAKE MINT bars
Mint candy canes and mint leaves, for decoration

Make it

  1. COMBINE the OREO cookie crumbs and butter. Press into the base of a greased and lined 24cm round springform pan then chill
  2. BEAT the PHILLY and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the gelatine and chocolate then mix until combined. Fold through the cream then gently stir through 2 x FLAKE or FLAKE MINT bar crumbs. Pour the mixture over the prepared base. Chill for 3 hours or until set.
  3. DECORATE cheesecake with shards of the extra FLAKE bar, mint leaves and candy canes. Serve immediately
