Mmmm, yummy little bites of caramel crunchiness – cute and quick!
What you need
1 sheet frozen butter puff pastry, thawed
110g CADBURY Crunchie Sprinkles
Caster sugar, for sprinkling
Ice cream, for serving, optional
Caramel sauce or topping, for serving, optional
- SPRINKLE pastry with Crunchie. Roll up loosely and then cut into 1cm wide pieces. Place on baking paper liner baking trays and sprinkle with caster sugar.
- BAKE in a very hot oven 220°C for 10-15 minutes or until puffed, golden and cooked. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container until required.
- SERVING suggestion: sandwich 2 snails together with ice cream and serve with a drizzle of caramel sauce.
