Cadbury Crunchie Snails Recipe

Mmmm, yummy little bites of caramel crunchiness – cute and quick!

What you need

1 sheet frozen butter puff pastry, thawed
110g CADBURY Crunchie Sprinkles
Caster sugar, for sprinkling

Ice cream, for serving, optional
Caramel sauce or topping, for serving, optional

Make it

  1. SPRINKLE pastry with Crunchie. Roll up loosely and then cut into 1cm wide pieces. Place on baking paper liner baking trays and sprinkle with caster sugar.
  2. BAKE in a very hot oven 220°C for 10-15 minutes or until puffed, golden and cooked. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container until required.
  3. SERVING suggestion: sandwich 2 snails together with ice cream and serve with a drizzle of caramel sauce.
