A lovely granola such as this is good for breakfast, on top of yoghurt and fruit, and makes a great edible gift for that person who has everything….
What you need
¼ cup crunchy peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup whole almonds, chopped
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
½ cup CADBURY Dark Baking Chips
½ cup sultanas
Make it
- COMBINE the peanut butter, honey and cinnamon, then add the oats, almonds and sunflower seeds and mix well. Spread on a baking paper lined baking tray and bake in a slow oven 140°C, stirring occasionally, for 25-30 minutes or until golden. Cool slightly.
- STIR in the chocolate and raisins and allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container until required.
