OOH so gooey… these delicious little Cadbury Dairy Milk Fruit and Nut puddings are delicious to share at a special dinner!
What you need
200g CADBURY DAIRY MILK Fruit & Nut
150g butter, chopped
¼ cup caster sugar
¼ cup flour
1 tablespoon CADBURY BOURNVILLE Cocoa
¼ teaspoon mixed spice
- SET aside12 squares of chocolate and halve. Roughly chop remaining chocolate and melt gently with the butter in a bowl over simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove from the heat and cool slightly.
- BEAT the eggs and sugar together with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Fold in the chocolate mixture, then the sifted flour, cocoa and spice.
- SPOON 2/3 of mixture into 6 greased and cocoa dusted, base-lined 1/2 cup ramekins. Top each with the halved chocolate then spoon over remaining mixture. Place on a tray and bake in a hot oven 200oC for 10-12 minutes or until cooked as desired. Turn out and serve immediately.
Tip: The cooking time will vary with different ovens and ramekin sizes; you may test one (and stand the others on the bench in the meantime) to check the result.
