They are all made with real chocolate, containing a minimum of 20% cocoa butter, to ensure you get a smooth texture, high glossy appearance and most importantly, a deep and rich flavour.
The new pouch packaging is self-standing and at 225g, is ample to use for most dessert or baking recipes. That means less waste!
Choose from Dark, Milk or White Cadbury Melts depending on your flavour preference.
Each solid cocoa bean represents at least 20% cocoa solids. The more solid cocoa beans, the more bitter the taste.
White chocolate melts are also made with cocoa butter but substitute cocoa mass for milk powder.
