A modern twist on a classic slice. White chocolate is sweeter to taste than Milk or Dark chocolate but delights nevertheless!
what you need
150g OREO Original Cookies, roughly chopped
½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
½ cup rice bubbles
½ cup dried apricots, sliced
8 dried figs, roughly chopped
500g CADBURY White Chocolate Melts, melted
make it
- GENTLY combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Spoon into a lined 28cm x 18cm slice pan. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set. Cut into triangles and serve.
