What could be more fun than "good old rocky road" in this little shot of chocolate?!

what you need

250mls PHILADELPHIA Cream For Desserts, double cream alternative
¼ teaspoon vanilla
250g CADBURY Dark or Milk Baking Chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
½ cup Pascall Marshmallows, quartered
¼ cup red glacé cherries, quartered
Toasted flaked coconut, for serving

make it

1. BEAT together the PHILLY and vanilla in an electric mixer, continue beating whilst adding the melted chocolate until smooth.
2. FOLD through the marshmallows and cherries, then spoon into 6-8 shot or espresso glasses and sprinkle with coconut. Chill for 30 minutes. Serve immediately
