Chocolate and Marshmallow Choc Pops
Easy to make and very decorative these chocolate coated marshmallow treats are sure to put smiles on faces!
what you need
100g CADBURY White, Milk or Dark Chocolate Melts
250g PASCALL Marshmallows
100’s and 100’s, coloured sugar, coloured sprinkles or similar, to decorate
- HEAT half the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water until just melted. Remove from the heat and stir in the remaining chocolate until smooth. Allow to cool and thicken a little.
- DIP the top of each marshmallow 1/3 of the way into the chocolate. Wipe off excess on the side of the bowl then coat with the decorations. Place chocolate side down on a lined tray and allow to set before inserting the pop stick in base. Store in an airtight container.
As an alternative:
Using gloves, roll each marshmallow in a little melted chocolate in your hands until lightly coated then fully cover in the decorations. Allow to set on a lined tray before inserting a stick in the base.
