Cadbury Melts

Cadbury’s range of Melts is perfect for melting down to make sauces, ganache, frostings but work equally well as inclusions in cakes, muffins and biscuits.

They are all made with real chocolate, containing a minimum of 20% cocoa butter, which ensures you get that smooth texture, high glossy appearance and richness in flavour.

Recipe for Hazelnut Berry Muffins with White Chocolate Frosting In 1879 George Cadbury (son of John Cadbury) founded a new site for the company in Bournville, four miles south of Birmingham. There, together with his brother Richard, they built a village where good quality low-cost housing was made available for their industrial workers. He said: ‘If each man could have his own house, a large garden to cultivate and healthy surroundings, then, there will be for them a better opportunity of a happy family life’. In 1901, George Cadbury gave the Bournville village site to the Bournville Village Trust.
